BriteSmile Announces Leadership Change

WALNUT CREEK, Calif., Aug. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BriteSmile Inc., a leading international provider of state of the art teeth whitening systems, announced today that Bruce Fleming, the company's CEO, will leave the company effective immediately. Mr. Fleming's decision is based on personal reasons.

Tony Pilaro, the Chairman of BriteSmile's Board of Directors, will serve as acting CEO, leading the company from its Walnut Creek headquarters. The company has retained an outside firm to conduct a formal search process.
